finally its the end of the 3 days camp :) well, i will share what i did for the past 3 days. HAHA! first day, we went for hiking from macritchie to bukit timah summit. at the start, everything was alright till the end i almost gave up. the 100+ flight of steps up to the summit was so steep and high! i really felt like giving up but i know i couldn't say no and i am glad that there are people there supporting me! THANK YOU PEOPLE! :)
second day, we went to bethany home to visit the elderly as the youths in the camp gotta prepare some programmes for them the next day. i guessed it was a great eye opener for all. HAHA! and the old people are sooooooooo cute! LOL! i am glad that they enjoyed our company too! :) then we went back to the centre to plan the programme. everything turned out well and everyone did their jobs well too!
third day, we did some preparations before heading to bethany home again. i am proud that the youths are very active in the programme which includes singing songs to the elderly, playing passing the parcel and not forgetting bingo, tea break session and lucky draw. we went off around 4 plus and we had pizza and debrief!
i think the camp was not bad. HAHA! if there's a chance i may consider joining again. HAHA! well, i may sound relax in the entry but actually is super tiring! waking super early to go to the centre at yew tee/cck and going home at 10+ every night! anyways i felt i have spend my holidays rather wisely! HAHA! time to get some rest! there's foster parenting tml! ARGHHHH! waking up early again :( HAHA! nights world!
