only apply to particular customers!!
i dont mean all of the customer do the following things!!
TAKE NOTE!!

i dislike this particular phase "customer is always right" when i work in customer service line. as you people know i work as a cashier in NTUC cum Unity right now so gotta face many people.
sometimes the customers are really super inconsiderate!!

first scenario
customer take out a bag of 5cents coins that sums up to $2 expecting you to keep every single cents!! WTH right!! ARGHHH!! cant they be more considerate like use only a few of the 5cent coins each time instead of giving a whole load. okay,nevermind when i just hand them 2 5cent coins they will grumble and nag like nobody's business!! ARGHHH!! i wished i could scold them back!!

anyway a few "identified" aunties has been giving 5cents almost every other day. i really wonder where they get so much 5cents. even though my job is to collect money but we are not the BANK!! we dont keep 5cents coins okay!! "dear" customer i have a hard time counting money during dayend. 1 aunty give its okay, just imagine 100 aunties did the same thing NTUC can set up a 5cent bank liao!! haizz. please be more considerate can??

second scenario
i always kana scolded for nothing. reason being customers see the price wrongly and when we scan the price out they will say:

example
customer: i thought the X toothpaste is $4.50.
me: oh okay! but it states $5.20. i go check again for you.
me: (walk to the toothpaste area see)
X toothpaste cost $5.20, Y toothpaste cost $4.50
(walk back to counter)
me: its $5.20. you saw the wrong one!!
customer: ah ya! like that i dont want la!!
(walked off)

i really cant tahan them at times. haiz. they see the wrong price, scold cashier then walk off leaving their things for me to clear!! #$%&* i dunno what to comment liao!!

for now cant think anymore.
im so freaking tired :(
my working schedule for this week:
MONDAY: 8-4pm
TUESDAY: 8-4pm
WEDNESDAY: 8-4pm
THURSDAY: 8-4pm
FRIDAY: 4-1030pm
SATURDAY: 8-4pm (not confirm)

though i requested to work more but she's putting me for so long hours and the worst thing i always work at the busy counters!! haizzz :( my panda eyes are out liao!! sometimes i really wish i no need work and see people face, its so tiring lorr!! i admire those who no need work and can enjoy life one!! hahas. okay,that's all for today!! im so tired!! feel like sleeping now!! hahas.
